Simply print out the forms here: Brick, 8″x12″ or 12″x16″ Block, complete and mail or bring to the Library.
The price per brick is $50, which includes 2 lines with 14 characters per line. An additional line costs $10.
The price of an 8″ by 12″ granite block, including 6 lines with 22 characters per line, is $500.
The price of an 12″ by 16″ granite block, including 8 lines with 28 characters per line, is $1000.
