Membership in the Tye Preston Memorial Library is separate from membership in the Friends of Tye Preston Memorial Library.  The Friends of Tye Preston Memorial Library is a 501(c)3 organization that uses community involvement to raise funds to promote the growth, development and welfare of the Library.  It is the conduit for donations and grants to the Library.  All revenue raised by Friends membership dues, fundraising activities, and bookstore sales are given to the Library for use in development and maintenance of programs enriching the educational and cultural needs of our community.

The Friends are a diverse group of volunteers who donate their time, ideas and skills to fundraising activities for the Library.  Participation in Friends can be as simple as becoming a member or renewing annual membership.  Membership dues and donations are tax-deductible.

For those wanting more involvement, bring your voice and ideas to the monthly Friends Member/Business meetings held at the Library on the 3rd Monday of each month at 1:00 pm.

Next Member Business Meeting is via ZOOM

Monday, May 17th at 1:00 pm
