We do not charge late fees, but please return your items on time so others can enjoy them.
Overdue Items & Account Blocks
- Items more than 14 days overdue (or 1 day overdue for hotspots) will be marked as missing and billed to your account.
- If an item is replaced before being returned, the charge will remain.
- Accounts sent to collections will incur a collections fee and be blocked until resolved.
Blocked Accounts
If your account has a missing item or outstanding balance, you will not be able to:
- Check out, renew, or reserve items
- Log in to access electronic services
Loan Periods & Renewals
- Most items: 2-week checkout, with two automatic renewals (unless on hold or account has issues)
- 7-day loan DVDs: 1-week checkout, no renewals
No renewals for: Wipe Clean books, learning kits, hotspots, DVDs, Binge Boxes, Tonies/Tonieboxes and TV Series

Digital Material Limits
There are no automatic renewals on digital materials. Some platforms may allow you to try to renew early if the item is not on hold.Hoopla Flex borrows may be returned to you when you turn in your item. Holds may apply for some platforms (Hoopla Flex, Libby).
